A quick update that KTM’s Kaven Benoit won’t be racing this weekend at Rounds 3 & 4 of the Arenacross series in Chilliwack, BC. The poor kid was struck with bronchitis yesterday and is not doing very well right now. We’ve decided to postpone Benoit’s debut in the Canadian AX series and hopefully have him back for Nov 10/11 in Chilliwack. “It’s not easy making the decision not to race, but I don’t want to fly all the way out there and not be able to ride to my potential,” says Benoit. “I appreciate everyone who had helped put plans together for me to race Chilliwack. Hopefully I can be ready for the next rounds.”
