Behind The Lens Presented By Kimpex Canada- Round 2 At Whispering Pines

After a hard-packed and slippery track at the 2023 Triple Crown Series opening round, the riders faced the exact opposite at Round 2. After some light rain on Saturday evening, the Whispering Pines track was primed and ready for racing. Throughout the day, the track got rougher and rougher, and the temperatures got warmer and warmer until the conditions were extremely challenging. In the 250 class, KTM rider Ryder McNabb dominated both motos and took both the overall win and the points lead and red plates. The battle for the lead in the 450 class was a little more exciting as Dylan Wright, Tyler Medaglia, and Shawn Maffenbeier took turns at the front of the pack as each rider could take the overall win. However, in the end, Dylan Wright held on and used a 3-1 moto score to win his second race of the year. Thankfully, James Lissimore was there and sent us these incredible photos.
