Pit Tour Presented By Matrix Concepts Canada- Round 1 In Edmonton

The opening round of the Triple Crown Series always produces a lot of exciting sights and sounds. From seeing the riders, the first track of the year, and of course, it’s the first time many of us get to see the new bikes. All of the teams in Canada go to great lengths to make sure their bikes look absolutely stunning as they sit under the tents. In fact, for some people walking through the pits and looking at the shiny race bikes is almost as good as watching the races. Thanks to Matrix Concepts Canada and our photographer James Lissimore, each week we’re going to give you a behind-the-scenes look at the 2023 Triple Crown Series factory bikes. We will begin this week with an overall look at a few of the bikes our series top riders raced in Edmonton. So sit back and enjoy having a closer look at these amazing machines.

We will begin with Dylan Wright’s incredible looking 2023 GDR Honda CRF450R.

Unfortunately, Jacob Piccolo didn’t get too much time on this fine looking GDR Honda as a opening moto crash put him out for the day.

Ryder McNabb’s 2023 KTM 250 SX-F looked great under the factory KTM tent on Saturday.

The KTM 450SX-F of Jess Pettis is a lot different internally than it was last year. In the next few weeks we’ll dig deeper into JP15’s bike.

Up until a month ago, Kaven Benoit was supposed to be racing a 250 two-stroke. However, after winning the opening round this past weekend it looks like he made the correct choice.

Shawn Maffenbeier loves his all-new 2023 YZ450F.

This is Sebastien Racine’s first season aboard a MX101 Yamaha and so far he seems to really love his new blue machine.

The bright red TLD/GASGAS/SSR bike of Daniel Elmore looked great sitting in the paddock.

While we don’t have a full bike shot of the new WTLN/Kawasaki/Seven machines here are a few of Jeremy Mckie’s KX450.

Multi-time WMX Champion Eve Brodeur has to be happy with how her bike looks this year.

Tyler Medaglia’s Thor/GASGAS Racing MC450 has probably one of the most unique set-ups in the pits.
