Wednesday Workout With Arma Sport

This week we have an upper body dumbbell workout for you with certified personal trainer and warhorse games director, Sydni Wessels.

The complete workout consists of four (4x)  rounds of the workout using dumbbells.
Complete two exercises as a superset, resting 30 seconds between sets. Adding tow reps to each exercise each round.

Make sure to stay hydrated before, during, and after working out with ARMA BLITZ Training Complex

1. BENT OVER DUMBBELL ROW- x10
2. REAR DELT FLYE- x10
3. FRONT RAISE- x10
4. HAMMER CURL- x10
5. LATERAL RAISE- x10
6. OVERHEAD TRICEP EXTENSION-x10
7. SHOULDER PRESS -x10
8. BICEP CURL21’S- x10
